your organization has received to date in response to Hurricane Sandy?
A 1: $100
Q 2: Will these funds be used solely for Hurricane Sandy relief? If not,
approximately what portion will be used for Hurricane Sandy relief and
what other purposes will funds be used for?
A 2: Yes. Funds help us to store and deliver relief supplies to the Rockaways

Sandy relief?
A 3: $800
Q 4: What services has your organization provided to those affected by Hurricane
Sandy? What populations or geographical areas are being served by your
organization in response to Hurricane Sandy? What services does it expect to
provide in the future?
A 4: St Francis Relief Center-Afya has worked extensively with this site in the Rockaways
and have asked every member of their team for a list of vitally needed supplies. We
have designed and circulated a flyer and have shared it with our in kind donor
community to gather as many supplies as possible. Afya has conducted 5 deliveries to
the Rockaways to date.

A 7: We do not and do not appear to need a contingency plan.
