Freedom of Information Law (FOIL) Request

Please click charitable organizations to submit a FOIL request for filings submitted to the Charities Bureau by a charitable organization. Filings made by charitable organizations include annual reports (including the IRS form 990 and auditor's reports, if applicable) and registration statements (including certificate of incorporation, bylaws or other organizing documents, IRS determination letter and other attachments, if available).

Charges. The first five pages of material provided in response to a FOIL request are copied free of charge; there will be a charge of $.25 for each remaining page that responds to your request.For other media, you may be charged the actual cost of providing records.
